- UK Orders Only: Gingle currently only accepts orders and payments from customers located within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with billing or shipping addresses outside the UK cannot be processed.
- Offer to Buy: Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase the items.
- Right to Cancel: Gingle reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order at any time if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if an error occurs during checkout.
- Custom Commissions: Separate terms, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon individually before work begins on custom commissions.

As a small independent creator, Gingle works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, to the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Gingle's total liability for any issue, delay, or problem with an order is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for that specific purchase.
